Method for classification and routine testing of color fastness of textile fabrics.

1. Color fastness to washing. The sample is sewn together with one or two of the specified standard adhesive fabrics, placed in liquid soap or a mixture of soap and anhydrous sodium carbonate, mechanically agitated at the specified time and temperature, and then washed and dried. The discoloration of the sample and the stain of the lining fabric were evaluated with the original sample as the reference object.
2. Color fastness to dry cleaning. The sample and the stainless steel sheet were placed in a cotton bag and stirred in perchloroethylene, and then the sample was extruded or centrifuged and dehydrated in hot air to evaluate the discoloration of the sample and the coloration of perchloroethylene solvent.
3. Colorfastness to friction. The sample was rubbed with a dry friction cloth and a wet friction cloth respectively to evaluate the staining degree of the friction cloth.
4. Colorfastness to sunlight. The sample and a group of blue wool standard samples were exposed under an artificial light source in accordance with the specified conditions, and then the model was compared with the blue wool standard sample to evaluate the color fastness.
5. Colorfastness to perspiration. The sample is sewn with the standard lining fabric and treated separately in artificial acidic and alkaline sweat. After removing the test liquid, it is placed between two plates in the test device and subjected to the specified pressure. Then dry the sample and the lining fabric respectively, and evaluate the discoloration of the sample and the stain of the lining fabric.
